Getting a family photo that meets everyone's expectations can be difficult with grown children, teenagers, and toddlers. Jen Alvi takes the time prior to the photo shoot getting to know each member of the family by name and considers how she can best help them to feel comfortable and relaxed for the photos to get the best possible product. My entire family was delighted at how natural it felt to have Jen taking the photos and the results were better than we had even expected. I chalk that up to Jen's professional and personal skills of working with each member of our group. She gave me plenty of time to go over the options both before and after the pictures were taken, talking me through any questions I had about how photos would look on the wall. Her knowledge of photography makes her picture results astounding. And her personal interest creates an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. I highly recommend her for family photos or any photography needs.

My son plays football and basketball so we were able to go to his school to get the pictures done on the football field and the basketball court. When we arrived at the school, we found out that maintenance was resurfacing the basketball court so we couldn’t use the court the day of his shoot. Most photographers would just say, well we got to think of some place else now for the basketball pictures but not Jen. She went ABOVE and BEYOND, she just simply said, we will just schedule that another time and come back. I was like, what you would do that! She said, of course in our consultation he said that basketball was his number one sport so we have to come back. I say AMAZING!! How awesome is that! Who does that? Jen Alvi!!! When it was time to review my son’s pictures, she made a slideshow for him. Everyone that I shared it with gave her 5 stars!! Everyone gave her rave reviews!!! Jen is very easy to work with and really makes the whole experience very pleasant. My son even enjoyed the 3 hours of the photo shoot. I would highly recommend Jen for any photography memory that you need to make. I certainly will be going back to her again!!!
